They are a practical gift, but the true bonus is quality and comfort that my family enjoys with daily wear. It's not 'just another hat' when my son-in-law talks about it days later. Besides that, I had a minor issue with the local post office in tracking down one of the packages. Haakwear was VERY responsive helping me with this.
