Lifetime Returns
At Haakwear, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We accept returns on eligible products for lifetime of the product, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must:
* Be in new condition.
* Be unworn and unused.
* Include original tags when applicable.
* Include proof of purchase.
* Comply with all requirements outlined in this policy.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and return labels unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Haakwear.
Inspection and Approval
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Approval of a return, exchange, refund, repair, replacement, or store credit is determined solely by Haakwear after inspection of the returned product.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect all products upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact support@haakwear.com as soon as possible after delivery. Haakwear reserves the right to request photographs, documentation, or return of the item before issuing a refund, replacement, repair, or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
* Custom or personalized products.
* Made-to-order products.
* Gift cards.
* Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, improper care, excessive wear, or accidental damage.
* Products damaged by circumstances outside normal intended use.
* Products returned without proof of purchase when ownership cannot reasonably be verified.
Exchanges
Haakwear accepts exchanges for eligible products.
Exchange requests must comply with all requirements of this policy. Haakwear reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product, issue store credit, repair the product, or provide another reasonable remedy when an identical replacement is unavailable.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange results from a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible orders within fourteen (14) days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable law.
Returned products must be unused, in substantially the same condition received, and include any original packaging and tags where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within three (3) hours of placement.
Orders that have entered production, fulfillment, processing, or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.
Haakwear reserves the right to deny cancellation requests after fulfillment activities have begun.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, Haakwear will notify the customer regarding approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) days of return approval. Financial institutions may require additional processing time beyond Haakwear's control.
Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
If more than fifteen (15) days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact support@haakwear.com.
Haakwear E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a Haakwear E-Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Redemption: Haakwear E-Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively for merchandise at haakwear.com. They cannot be used at unauthorized third-party retailers or physical wholesale locations.

No Cash Value: E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by applicable state law.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your E-Gift Card code like cash. Haakwear and The Beanie Factory are not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised E-Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use resulting from a shared or exposed redemption code. Replacements will only be issued for the remaining balance if the original purchaser provides valid proof of purchase.

No Expiration or Fees: Your gear should be ready when you are. Haakwear E-Gift Cards do not expire, and no inactivity or service fees will be applied to the balance.

Returns on Purchases: If you return gear purchased with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to the original E-Gift Card or provided as a new store credit.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold E-Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Limited Lifetime Return Policy Disclosure
Haakwear's Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies for up to five (5) years from the original purchase date.
The term "lifetime" refers to the practical and intended lifespan of the product and does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, owner, recipient, or any other individual.
This policy is intended to address manufacturing defects, workmanship issues, and customer satisfaction concerns. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, fading, stretching, pilling, shrinkage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, improper cleaning, commercial use, or any use outside the product's intended purpose.
Haakwear reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
* Determine whether a product qualifies for return, exchange, repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
* Determine whether a product has reached the end of its reasonable useful life.
* Require proof of purchase and additional documentation.
* Refuse claims believed to be fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the intent of this policy.
* Modify, suspend, or terminate this policy for future purchases at any time without affecting rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
