RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

*Unworn and unused

*In the same condition as received

*With original tags attached

*In original packaging

*Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, Haakwear will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of $8.93 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@haakwear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

*Custom or personalized products

*Special orders

*Sale items

*Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of being placed.

*Orders that ship within 3 hours are not eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process.

*Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.

*A flat cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

*Sale items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
