SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where is my order / When will I receive my items?
Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately. Please watch for multiple tracking numbers.

  • In-stock items ship immediately. Standard delivery times apply once shipped.

  • Orders with items that have different estimated shipping dates will ship once all items are ready. Check the product description for estimated ship dates.

Shipping Times:

  • United States (USPS Ground): Estimate 2–5 business days. Shipping is FREE (USA ONLY). Additional charges apply for failed delivery attempts, second delivery attempts, and returns.

  • International shipments: 4–20 business days, depending on destination. Orders to South America, the Middle East, and Asia may take 1–3 months once shipped.

Pre-Orders and Backorders:

  • Pre-order: Product is made to demand or in transit to our warehouse. Pre-orders reduce inventory waste and ensure faster fulfillment once stock arrives.

  • Backorder: Product has sold out and is being restocked or manufactured for shipment.

International Shipping:
We ship to most countries except where restricted by international agreements or freight forwarder policies. If your country is restricted, your purchase will be blocked at checkout, and you will be notified. For questions, contact: support@haakwear.com.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility:

  • Standard US shipping via USPS Ground is FREE.

  • Additional fees apply for failed deliveries, second delivery attempts, and returned shipments.

  • Once a package is handed to USPS, Haakwear is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Haakwear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Customers must ensure their shipping information is accurate at checkout. Any corrections after shipping may incur reshipping fees.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method, and destination.

Tracking Your Order:
Tracking information will be sent via email or SMS once your order ships. You may also contact the carrier directly for real-time updates or reach out to support@haakwear.com for assistance.
