Your organization earns 20% on every beanie sold through your unique nonprofit code. Sales are tracked automatically using either your special promo code or your custom link. When a supporter clicks your link, any purchase they make within 30 days is credited to your organization, and you receive the full 20% fundraising commission.

How the Program Works

We built this program to be simple for nonprofits of all sizes.

    Complete Your Profile

    After applying, you'll receive an approval if your organization is approved and a link to set up your profile through Shopify Collabs. This is where you'll enter your organization details and payout information.

    Receive Your Nonprofit Code

    Once your profile is complete, you'll automatically receive your unique code. Supporters use this code at checkout, and your organization earns 20% commission on every sale.

    Share Your Code

    Add your code to newsletters, social media, events, and your website. The more you share it, the more your organization earns.

    Track Your Earnings

    Your Collabs dashboard shows your sales, commissions, payouts, and referral link — all in real time.

When you apply to the Haakwear Giving Back Program, you'll be taken to a short setup page powered by Shopify Collabs.

You'll be asked to confirm the basic information you want to share with Haakwear. This includes your name, email, and shipping location. These details help us set up your account and send your free beanie once your profile is complete.

Profile Details

This section shows the information that will be saved in your Collabs settings. You can update it anytime.

Account Details

You'll see your name and email pre-filled. This is simply your login information for Collabs and the email where you'll receive updates about your commissions.

Terms of Service

Shopify Collabs will show a short note about acting fairly and promoting products honestly. This is standard language used for all Collabs partners — nonprofits included. It does not require you to create content or post on social media.

Your only responsibility is to share your nonprofit code with your supporters however you choose.

Once you submit the application and get approved, you'll be able to complete your profile and unlock your nonprofit code, dashboard access, and your free Haakwear beanie.
